As a Lab Technician, you will support innovative projects within the Technical Service department. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Details

• Title: Lab Technician
• Location: Chanhassen, Minnesota
• Pay Range: USD 25.00 /hr - USD 35.00 /hr

Responsibilities

• Testing coatings to ensure quality and performance standards.
• Evaluating, collecting, and recording data accurately for projects.
• Organizing and performing experiments using established procedures, with results documented in laboratory notebooks.
• Using computer software to enter data, create charts, and report results.
• Making cleaners, pretreatments, paints, and coatings from chemical ingredients.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of laboratory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to understand and follow experimental protocols.
• Comfort working with toxic chemicals following safety protocols.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
