Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Lab Tech Ops - Central Weigh - 2nd Shift in South Branchburg, NJ. Onsite assignment, 2+ months, Mon-Fri, 3 PM–11:30 PM. Role focuses on weighing/dispensing raw materials, inventory control, and batch record documentation.

The candidate will use SAP for inventory transactions, monitor material accuracy, and support production schedules while adhering to cGMP, cGDP, and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; associates preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or inventory roles.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders, inventory management, and warehouse management following SOPs and batch records.
• Record methods, materials, and results accurately in batch records.
• Utilize SAP for inventory transactions of raw materials, dispensed materials, and IOR.
• Ensure accurate inventory by monitoring and adjusting materials as needed.
• Manage schedules and workload using inputs from business requirements and SAP.
• Respond quickly to changing priorities and schedule work effectively.
• Work in a team environment to meet department goals.
• Keep supervisor informed on status of projects and findings.
• Ensure adherence to cGMPs, cGDP, OSHA safety regulations, and training compliance.
• Maintain labs and warehouse areas in cGMP compliant condition.

Work Location: 1080 US Highway 202, South Branchburg, NJ 08876

Assignment Duration: 2+ months (possibility of extension)

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3 PM to 11:30 PM (2nd shift)

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary

Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders, inventory management, and warehouse management following applicable SOPs and Batch records. Will be required to accurately and consistently record methods, materials, and results in batch records according to established formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform weighing and dispensing of raw materials for process orders, inventory management, and warehouse management following applicable SOPs and Batch records.
• Will be required to accurately and consistently record methods, materials, and results in batch records according to established formats.
• Utilise SAP for inventory transactions of raw materials, dispensed materials, and IOR (Internal Order Request) accurately and on time.
• Ensure accurate inventory by monitoring and adjusting materials as needed.
• Manage schedules, workload, and establish priorities using inputs from business requirements, SAP, and customer needs.
• Expected to respond quickly and effectively to multiple and changing priorities and to schedule work effectively To ensure that current and future needs are met.
• Work in a team environment to ensure department goals are met.
• Keep supervisor informed on status of all projects and significant findings and results in critical areas.
• Ensure good cGMPs and cGDP are adhered to along with all OSHA safety regulations.
• Attend required training classes and participate in on-the-job training to ensure training compliance.
• Ensure work areas (labs, warehouse, satellite areas) are properly maintained and cGMP compliant.
• To assist and contribute with continuous improvement and cost saving initiatives.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum (required): High School Diploma, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Preferred: Associates Degree
• 2-4 years of experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Knowledge in manufacturing, warehousing, and/or inventory management is desirable.
• Experience in laboratory operations preferred
• Focus and attention to department needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Word and Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Ability to work under cGMP guidelines and coordinate/implement production schedule is necessary.
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. daily is required.
