Job summary

System One is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator in Branchburg, NJ to join a fast-paced FDA/cGMP manufacturing environment. The role handles shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory movement, and production support while staying compliant with FDA, cGMP, and food safety standards.

You will operate forklifts, manage shipments, ensure timely material availability, and maintain accurate records in a clean, safe workplace with overtime and Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Trade School Diploma required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of warehouse experience in an FDA/cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operating experience required.
• Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and warehouse best practices.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Perform shipping and receiving activities, including UPS and FedEx shipments.
• Pull, load, transport, and stage materials according to production schedules.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
• Repack materials (1 kilogram or more) as required.
• Prepare Bills of Lading for inter-warehouse transfers.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and customer deliveries.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring timely material availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all FDA, cGMP, and FSSC 22000 standards and company safety procedures.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00/hr (based on experience)
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. (must be able to work overtime and Saturdays when needed)
