Job summary
Natera, a global leader in cell-free DNA testing, is seeking a Laboratory Systems Scientist in Boulder, CO. The role focuses on supporting laboratory operations infrastructure as a technical SME, collaborating across research, software, bioinformatics, and regulatory teams to enable system development, implementation, and maintenance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science.
- Experience with CAP, CLIA, NYSDOH, ISO 13485/15189 environments.
- Experience with molecular biology workflows and NGS.
Responsibilities
- Operate as a technical SME for lab non-product software and automation solutions.
- Collaborate with program management and lab leadership to capture user needs for software solutions.
- Develop PQ, validation, and verification plans and execute to protect lab operations per CAP/CLIA/NYSDOH regulations.
- Interpret data per procedures and draft PQ/validation reports.
- Identify and resolve problems affecting equipment, automation, or test performance.
- Partner with Automation Engineering to support automation development and tech transfer.
