Mercy Fort Smith is seeking a Lab Support Technician (LST I) to join the provider care team. This role supports reports, data and scheduling for the laboratory, ensuring accurate, timely and effective laboratory support with strict HIPAA confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; healthcare program enrollment preferred.
• Probationary period successfully completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in line with Mercy standards.
