Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or current enrollment in a healthcare career program.
• Experience: None required. Six months of phlebotomy or clinical laboratory experience strongly preferred.
• Certifications: CPT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support reports, data, and scheduling functions of the laboratory.
• Provide accurate, timely laboratory support and maintain HIPAA confidentiality.
• Demonstrate Mercy Signature Service Standards in customer interactions.
