Job summary

Avantor’s Advanced Laboratory Services seeks a lab support professional in Springhouse, PA. You will perform routine procedures, prep reagents, and report results under supervision, supporting ongoing biopharma and biotech projects.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a lab, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience with equipment knowledge.
• GMP facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete routine laboratory procedures and prep.
• Report timely and accurate test results.
• Routine maintenance of lab equipment and troubleshooting.
• Store chemicals properly and dispose waste per safety rules.
• Maintain records using electronic lab notebooks (eLN).
• Restock glassware and chemicals as needed.
• Maintain a clean room to prevent contamination.
