Job summary

St. Louis Community College is seeking a detail-oriented supervisor for TRIO student workers to lead Peer Leaders, Mentors, and Academic Coaches. You will oversee onboarding, training, and performance feedback in a lab setting, while supporting TRIO events and record keeping.

You will develop mentor and academic coach training, coordinate schedules, and assist with TRIO data entry, forms, and reporting to ensure high-quality student services across the campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and over one year of relevant work experience.
• Prior experience as a tutor, mentor or academic coach at the college level.
• Some physical lifting, bending, pulling, standing on stepstools, walking across campus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TRIO student workers (Peer Leaders, Mentors, Tutors) and assist with onboarding.
• Develop and facilitate trainer modules for TRIO staff and mentors.
• Assist with TRIO record keeping, data entry, timesheets and forms.
• Support lab scheduling, surveys, and campus events for TRIO program.
