Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a tutor, mentor, or academic coach at the collegiate level.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TRIO student workers (Peer Leaders, Mentors, Tutors) and observe sessions.
• Hire, onboard, and evaluate student workers; facilitate lab staff meetings.
• Lead Academic Coach activities and assist TRIO students individually or in small groups.
• Develop and deliver training for TRIO student workers (coaches and mentors).
• Assist TRIO orientation and onboarding of new students.
