Job summary

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Lab Supervisor to join Texas Oncology at the Dallas Sammons Cancer Center. This full-time, Monday–Friday role supports routine and complex testing, ensures regulatory compliance, and oversees daily laboratory operations in a no-weekend setting.

Ideal candidates bring an ASCP certification, an associates degree in Medical Technology, and at least five years of lab testing experience, with prior supervisory work preferred. Location is on-site in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Medical Technology or related field; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum five years of laboratory testing experience.
• ASCP or equivalent certification required; state licensure if applicable.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as working general supervisor for the laboratory and oversee routine tests.
• Supervise lab personnel, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Establish quality assurance, quality control and proficiency testing processes.
• Develop procedures, validate methods, and maintain current manuals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safe, efficient patient testing.
