Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a degree-seeking student in CNSS or related IT degree.
• Working toward at least one industry cert (CompTIA A+/Network+, CCNA preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience using cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Docs).

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining CNSS/GIS labs and labs/server rooms.
• Support CNSS and GIS faculty with labs and classroom activities.
• Maintain lab hardware, software, and security updates.
• Manage software inventory and licensing records.
• Assist students to log in with IT credentials each fall.
• Support CNSS assessments and related software.
• Provide information on career exploration at CNSS/GIS faculty direction.
• Maintain relationships with local employers and advisory board members.
