Job summary

United-Westlabs,-Inc.-3 is seeking an Lab Services Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of the laboratory services program, including pre-analytical operations, field services, billing, staffing, and inventory. Qualifications

Five (5) years of progressive leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical laboratory, healthcare, or related environment.
Knowledge of CLIA, HIPAA, OSHA and quality systems.
Ability to manage staffing, schedules, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Oversee pre-analytical lab operations, phlebotomy, processing, and related workflows.
Staffing, scheduling, workload management, and operational performance tracking.
Maintain inventory, manage supplies and equipment, and monitor billing processes.
Lead staff development, evaluations, and ongoing coaching.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance activities.
Develop client relationships and communicate with physicians and clinics.
Prepare operational reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
