Join Pace Analytical Services as a Scientist in Minnesota to perform hands-on analysis in our environmental testing laboratory. You will operate GC, HPLC, ICP and related instruments to ensure the integrity of environmental data impacting communities and ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related STEM field required; we provide training.
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment; PPE and safety protocols must be followed.

Responsibilities

• Work with instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and more.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples using established chemistry and biochemistry methods looking for environmental contaminants.
• Review and interpret the results from the sample analysis.
• Accurately document procedures, observations, and results to maintain high-quality, organized laboratory records.
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment.
