Job summary

Pace Analytical Services in Minnesota seeks a Scientist to join our environmental testing laboratory. You will perform hands-on analysis with instruments like GC, HPLC, and ICP, ensuring data integrity that informs environmental health decisions.

Responsibilities include sample analysis, data interpretation, and meticulous documentation while maintaining safety and equipment readiness in a Monday–Friday schedule. A chemistry-related degree and lab experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related STEM field.
• Ability to work effectively in a laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate instruments such as GC, HPLC, ICP and related equipment.
• Analyze air, water, and soil samples for environmental contaminants.
• Review and interpret analytical results and maintain lab records.
• Document procedures and observations with accuracy.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments.
