Job summary

Eurofins USA Food Testing is seeking a Sample Registration Clerk to join our team in Wisconsin. Shift: Wednesday–Saturday, 9:30am–8:00pm, with responsibilities including receiving samples, data entry, and coordinating testing workflows.

This role supports accurate reporting, billing, and maintaining sample records within the quality system. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, detail orientation, and the ability to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work overtime as required.
• Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Receives samples for analysis and enters all pertinent information concerning testing, reporting, and billing in the computer system per SOPs.
• Properly handles and distributes samples for testing.
• Follows Quality System documents relevant to responsibilities (Quality Manual, SOPPs).
• Maintains neat and accurate records and files; prepares reports and shipping lists.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and cooperative relationships with colleagues.
