Eurofins USA Food Testing is seeking a Sample Registration Clerk to support sample intake, data entry, and reporting in a fast-paced laboratory environment. You will enter testing, billing information, and ensure SOP adherence.

The role emphasizes accurate record keeping, cooperation with technical staff, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. A High School Diploma and US work authorization are required; overtime availability is expected and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• Willing to work overtime.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Receive samples for analysis and enter all pertinent information concerning testing, reporting, and billing in the computer system per SOPs.
• Properly handle and distribute samples for testing.
• Understand and follow Quality System documents relevant to responsibilities (Quality Manual, SOPs).
• Handle samples per client instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Generate reports for daily department schedules and shipping lists to other laboratory locations.
• Maintain neat, accurate records and a clean, safe work environment.
