Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) in El Paso, TX is seeking a full-time Shipping Clerk to assist and oversee shipping, receiving, storing and logging samples. The role requires attention to safety, accuracy and organization.

You will prepare samples, sign for deliveries, help unload shipments, inspect contents, enter records into LIMS, and ensure documentation is complete. English proficiency and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities

• Prepare samples from processing.
• Accepts and signs for deliveries.
• Assists in unloading shipments from delivery truck.
• Opens coolers and inspects contents of shipments. Checks documentation to ensure all samples are accounted for.
• Distributes samples in different departments as appropriate.
• Follows strict safety and quality control procedures.
• Stores, restocks, and shelves samples as necessary.
• Enters records in LIMS system
