Job summary

Eurofins USA Environment Testing in California seeks a Support Services Technician to join the team. Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing sample media, packaging and shipping media to clients, and assembling/dismantling shipping boxes, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

The role requires experience in shipping/receiving, proficiency with LIMS, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Experienced in shipping, receiving, and/or warehousing.
Experience with processing orders using internal LIMS.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Proficient in use of shipping provider websites.
Ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced team environment.
Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Consciousness of and a positive attitude toward quality control, safety, high production work and organized thought process.
Good teamwork, ability to work closely with all the departments.
Knowledge of Internet software and the Microsoft Office Suite of products.
Professional working proficiency in English, reading, writing and speaking.
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Building and repairing flow controllers.
Assembling and dismantling shipping boxes.
