Job summary

Pace Labs is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to handle sample administration, receiving, storage, and shipping in a lab setting. The role supports staff with policy guidance, data entry, and logistics, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are preferred, with one year of related experience advantageous. The position requires on-site work in a lab environment, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and safe handling of materials

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related lab/office experience preferred.
• One year of experience in a lab or office setting is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is often required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, and disposal of samples and materials.
• Review, complete, and process logs, documents, databases, and related materials.
• Picks up, transports, and delivers samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Maintain supplies, paperwork, and related items; dispose of materials following guidelines.
• Prioritize short-holds and rush samples based on project requirements.
• Support staff and management on sample, equipment, and shipping/receiving policies.
