Job summary

Pacelabs in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a Client Services Tech to support shipping, receiving and sample administration in a busy lab and office environment. You will maintain logs and databases, transport samples, prepare shipments, and help ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.

A year of related experience and a valid driver's license are preferred; this is a full-time, on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; one year of related lab or office experience preferred.
• Fundamental principles of sample and lab administration and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to learn organizational policies and procedures.
• Valid Driver's License is often required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of shipping, receiving, and sample administration services, including preparation, labeling, and documentation.
• Review, complete, and process logs, documents, databases, and related information.
• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, and materials as needed.
• Maintain stock of supplies and equipment, and ensure proper disposal of materials.
