Pace-Analytical-Services-LL in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support lab and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include processing samples, maintaining logs, and ensuring compliant handling of materials from receipt to disposal.

You will transport items, stock supplies, and assist staff with policy administration and database updates. A high-school diploma and driving license are preferred, with 1 year of related experience encouraged. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related work experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sample and lab administration and shipping/receiving practices is a plus.
• Ability to learn organizational policies and procedures for sample, equipment, and shipping/receiving administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide a variety of services using warehouse and lab support knowledge for receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, and disposal of samples and materials.
• Review and process logs, documents, databases, and related information.
• Pickup, transport, and deliver samples, documents, materials, and other items as needed.
• Clean, maintain, and stock supplies, tools, paperwork, and related items; dispose of materials per guidelines.
