Job summary

Pace Analytical Services is seeking a warehouse and lab support team member in Huntersville, NC. The role involves receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, and disposal of samples, plus administrative duties across multiple logs and databases.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, and a driver’s license; one year of lab or office experience is preferred. This on-site position supports the lab and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work is preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• One year of experience in a lab or office setting is preferred.
• Fundamental principles, practices, and techniques of sample and lab administration.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of services using warehouse and lab support knowledge covering multiple areas of sample administration, including receiving, scanning, storage, preparation, shipping, and disposal; samples involve fundamental administration.
• Reviews, completes, and processes various standard types of logs, documents, databases, and related materials and information.
• Picks up, transports, and delivers samples, documents, materials, and other items as needed.
• Cleans, maintains, and stocks supplies, tools, paperwork, and related items; disposes of materials and samples using well-established guidelines and instructions.
• Performs duties to ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations; supports staff and management regarding sample, equipment, and shipping/receiving administration policies.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in related work preferred

One year of experience in a lab or office setting preferred
