Job summary

NSF is seeking a Logistics Coordinator I for the Sample Management Warehouse. The role handles shipping & receiving, internal and external customer service, and ensures timely delivery of samples and supplies. You will maintain accurate records and coordinate movement within the warehouse.

The position requires forklift operation, data entry, and experience with warehouse inventory systems. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 1–5 years preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain software.
• Ability to operate forklift.
• Experience in material movement.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Minimum Years of Experience: 1-5.
• Experience using a LIMS or comparable warehouse inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Data entry into the Warehouse Tracking Module.
• Perform the receipt and distribution of all samples and supplies received at NSF.
• Perform forklift operations and maintenance.
