Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting a leading pharmaceutical and laboratory support organization in Covington, KY in recruiting an Assoc Sample Coordinator to join the Sample Management team.

The role focuses on inventory control, administrative support, documentation, and compliance training, with a Tue-Sat 8:00–4:30 shift.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 0–1 year lab support or inventory experience, and proficiency with Word and Excel; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of laboratory support or inventory management experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory tracking including receipt, check-in, labeling and transport of samples.
• Support laboratory operations by administrative tasks and documentation.
• Communicate task status to supervisors and team.
• Train on SOPs, regulatory guidelines and storage requirements.
• Assist with environmental alarms and on-call responsibilities.
