ManpowerGroup is assisting a leading pharmaceutical and laboratory support organization in Covington, KY in recruiting an Assoc Sample Coordinator to join the Sample Management team.
The role focuses on inventory control, administrative support, documentation, and compliance training, with a Tue-Sat 8:00–4:30 shift.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 0–1 year lab support or inventory experience, and proficiency with Word and Excel; strong communication and teamwork are essential.
Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical and laboratory support industry, is seeking a Assoc Sample Coordinator to join their team. As a Assoc Sample Coordinator, you will be part of the Sample Management department supporting laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assoc Sample Coordinator
Location: Covington, KY
Pay Range: $17
Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 8am-430pm includes 30-minute unpaid lunch
What's the Job?
Perform inventory tracking procedures including receipt, check-in, labeling, and transport of samples and standards
Support laboratory operations by executing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate documentation
Communicate task status effectively to supervisors and team members
Train on SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and storage requirements to ensure compliance
Assist in responding to environmental alarms and participate in on-call responsibilities as needed
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant academic or vocational qualifications
Previous experience (0-1 year) or equivalent training in laboratory support or inventory management
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
