Actalent is seeking a Sample Coordinator I for a Middleton, Wisconsin contract position to support daily laboratory operations. You will perform wide-ranging sample and standard management tasks, follow SOPs, and guide lab personnel on handling, storage, and documentation to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Experience maintaining accurate documentation and records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Handle sample and standard management including receipt, labeling, and storage per SOPs.
• Manage return, disposal, and regulatory compliant workflows.
• Communicate status of samples and inventory to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Guide staff on sample handling and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Support investigations and CAPAs related to sample management.
• Review requests for SOP compliance and quality standards.
• Train staff on sample procedures and regulatory expectations.
• Respond to alarms and on-call duties to protect sample quality.
• Maintain accurate records for quality and traceability.
• Perform duties safely and within timelines in a fast-paced lab.
