Responsibilities

• Register patients and activate laboratory orders with accurate demographic, insurance, and physician information.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and clinical teams to explain the registration process.
• Maintain complete and compliant documentation in the electronic system, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Coordinate with laboratory staff to support timely specimen collection and workflow efficiency.
• Answer calls and in-person inquiries with professional communication and service recovery as needed.
• Support quality initiatives by following procedures and escalating issues impacting patient care or operations.
