Job summary

Mainline Health Systems Inc. is seeking a Laboratory/Radiology Manager to coordinate diagnostic imaging and laboratory services across the healthcare system.

This role ensures accurate records, safety and quality compliance, and effective communication among departments, providers, and patients. Working with management, physicians, and mid-level providers, the manager aims to improve quality and efficiency of lab and x-ray services, with travel for training relating to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Laboratory Science required.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be able to read and write English fluently.
• Must be able to travel to all clinics for supervision of lab and x-ray technicians.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate diagnostic lab and radiology services with the healthcare system.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Lead lab/x-ray staff and manage scheduling, testing, and patient interactions.
• Review calibration, maintenance logs, QC records, and proficiency testing.
• Participate in QA/QI initiatives and leadership meetings.
