Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Dublin, OH. The role focuses on maintaining the QMS, regulatory compliance, and data-driven quality improvements in a high-volume lab environment.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree and 2+ years of lab QA experience, with preferred bachelor's degrees and data-analysis skills. The position offers standard Labcorp benefits and a 8-5 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; CLIA/CAP/ISO knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced roles.
• 2+ years in clinical laboratory testing or QA in a lab setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the laboratory Quality Management System (QMS) per CLIA, CAP, ISO 15189 and other standards.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits, inspections and accreditation activities.
• Track nonconformances, deviations and CAPA actions.
• Analyze quality data such as QC and proficiency testing.
• Develop dashboards and reports for quality metrics.
• Perform root cause analysis and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate workflow and propose process optimizations.
• Support Lean/Six Sigma initiatives where applicable.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and records.
• Provide training on quality processes and data interpretation.
• Maintain proficiency testing records and coordination.
