Job summary

Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is seeking a Laboratory Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the quality system is well-documented, regulated, and inspection-ready. You will support audits, manage documentation, and drive CAPA actions across CLIA, CAP, and ISO standards.

The ideal candidate has a science degree, 5–7 years of QA in a clinical or analytical lab, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with LIMS and MS Office in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological science, or MLS/MT.
• Minimum 5–7 years of QA experience in a clinical or analytical lab.
• Strong knowledge of QA systems and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and enforces the quality management system (QMS).
• Coordinates internal and external audits/inspections and CAPAs.
• Maintains documentation control, logs deviations, and tracks corrective actions.
• Trains staff on quality procedures and ensures timely, accurate records.
