Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Laboratory Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator to ensure the quality system is well-documented, traceable, and compliant. The role focuses on regulatory readiness and inspection support, driving continuous quality improvement across CLIA, CAP, ISO and FDA standards.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a chemical/biological field and 5–7 years in a clinical/analytical lab with QA/QC experience, plus strong skills in LIMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a chemical, physical, biological science, or MLS/MT from an accredited institution.
• 5–7 years of experience in a clinical or analytical lab with quality assurance/quality control experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, CLIA, CAP and related regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills; strong written/verbal communication.
• Proficiency with LIMS and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains the laboratory's quality management system, including policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CAP, CLIA, ISO and FDA standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, manage findings, and track CAPAs.
• Oversee document control, nonconformances, deviations, and incident reports.
• Lead training for staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Assist in supplier qualification and change management processes.
