Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant scientific field.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates teamwork.
• Reviews and approves/rejects completed client laboratory reports for accuracy and completeness; addresses deficiencies.
• Assist with implementation and monitoring of quality systems and procedures (e.g., CAPA, change controls, trainings).
• Reviews protocols, procedures, data, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SOPs.
• Keeps supervisor informed of significant issues or developments.
• Learn new tasks and remember processes associated with this role.
• Communicate with Scientific staff to resolve comments.
• Complete tasks under speed or productivity quotas.
• Communicate effectively with client staff.
• Conduct all activities safely and efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Biology or related field
