SGS North America Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator in Wisconsin to coordinate SGS testing and laboratory operations, act as the liaison between clients and the lab, and support data collection and reporting.

The role offers growth into a business development path, with responsibilities spanning sample preparation, method development, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure timely, accurate testing and compliant practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SGS testing with local labs and global affiliates.
• Review job tickets and monitor closing and invoicing.
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and email correspondence.
• Coordinate projects and perform data collection.
• Provide support to department staff and training.
• Assist in calibration scheduling and ISO 17025 activities.
• Prepare specimens for testing per procedures.
• Read and implement new test methods and standards.
