Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years experience in a laboratory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology (BS MT) required.
• Current state licensure, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of department.
• May supervise Referral Testing, Imaging/Microfilming and related functions.
• Develop and implement SOPs for Specimen Processing per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Review QA/QC documentation and ensure compliance.
• Monitor safety, ergonomics, maintenance and cleanliness of the department.
• Prepare month-end reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
