Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Specimen Processing Supervisor in Las Vegas, NV, working 11:00 PM–7:30 AM with alternating weekend shifts. Lead daily operations, develop SOPs, and ensure quality and compliance across the Specimen Processing team.

You will train staff, monitor productivity, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment. The role emphasizes strong leadership, risk management, and cross-department collaboration within a biohazard lab setting, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a Group Leader/related role.
• 5 years of laboratory or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Specimen Processing department.
• Develop and implement SOPs for Specimen Processing per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Monitor quality, safety, training, and productivity; ensure compliance.
