Job summary

VLS Environmental Solutions, LLC seeks a Lab Pack Project Manager to lead hazardous waste brokerage in the Waste North Region. You will develop solutions, coordinate field and transportation activities, and oversee projects from assessment to disposal documentation.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, project management, and customer service to ensure safe, compliant, and profitable operations while expanding our lab packing and hazardous waste services.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (Tanker and Haz Endorsements are preferred).
• Interstate travel in a commercial vehicle; candidates must be 21 years or older.
• Strong safety mindset and compliance with DOT/EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lab Pack and hazardous waste brokerage services in Waste North Region.
• Identify opportunities and develop project solutions with Sales, Operations, Transportation, and disposal partners.
• Coordinate field and transportation activities from waste assessment and quoting through packaging, transport, disposal, and documentation.
• Build vendor and disposal relationships and support business development.
• Ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.
