Job summary

Clean Earth is seeking a Lab Pack Manager to supervise the lab pack field team and the depacking team at our facility. You will oversee safe and efficient packaging, handling, and processing of retail and lab pack waste, ensuring regulatory compliance and profitability.

You will coordinate projects, act as a technical resource, support sales, and maintain high customer satisfaction while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in General Science or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of field management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in lab packing or related hazardous waste roles.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lab pack field team and depacking team.
• Coordinate lab pack field projects including high hazard services.
• Serve as technical resource for team and for customer service/sales.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and submit lab pack sheets for disposal approval.
• Develop and implement standard work practices with management.
• Ensure paperwork and data entry (manifests, LDRs) are accurate.
