Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Lab Pack Manager to supervise the lab pack field team and the facility’s de‑packing crew at the Clean Earth site. You will ensure safe packaging, handling, and processing of retail and lab pack waste while maintaining regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, lab packing know‑how, OSHA HAZWOPER training, and a CDL B within six months. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in General Science or equivalent experience.
• BS/BA in science related field.
• Valid driver's license and 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lab pack field and de-packing teams for safe handling.
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance and proper paperwork.
• Manage hiring, training, and performance per HR policies.
• Coordinate lab pack projects including high hazard services.
• Report incidents and maintain customer satisfaction.
