Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC seeks a Lab Pack Field Team Supervisor to lead hiring, training and daily operations for hazardous waste packaging across Clean Earth facilities. You will coordinate field projects, ensure safety and compliance, and provide technical support to customers and the sales team.

The role requires an Associate degree in General Science or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years in field management and lab packing. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in General Science or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of field management experience.
• Two or more years of lab packing or related hazardous waste experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the lab pack field team, including hiring and development.
• Coordinates lab pack field projects including high hazard services.
• Serves as technical resource for team and customer service/sales.
• Ensures safety, regulatory compliance, and proper paperwork in systems.
