UCI Health (University of California, Irvine Health) is seeking a customer service-focused team member to support internal and external customers, handling calls, data entry, and lab report delivery in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will review lab requisitions, perform quality checks, and help ensure accurate communications while coordinating with a professional team across the organization.

Formación

• One year of applicable clinical lab work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrated experience using a computer, including data entry and retrieval
• Ability to work weekends, and rotating shifts including evenings, nights and holidays
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the organization
• Experience with lab/hospital computer systems and software (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Handle phone calls and customer inquiries.
• Perform computer data entry and print/deliver lab reports.
• Review lab requisitions and perform quality review and troubleshooting.
