Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of clinical lab work experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Demonstrated computer data entry and retrieval skills.
• Ability to work weekends and rotating shifts including evenings, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls and data entry related to lab reports.
• Print and deliver lab reports to internal/external customers.
• Review lab requisitions and perform quality review and troubleshooting.
• Maintain professional, empathetic customer relations across the organization.
