Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (Food Science, Statistics, Data Science, Psychology, Biology, Sociology).
• Must remain enrolled after co-op.
• Commitment to 6-month program.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must commute daily to the Boston Brewery in Jamaica Plain, MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily sensory panels and testing activities.
• Collect, manage, analyze, and report sensory data.
• Support cross-functional projects with Brewing, QA, and Product Development.
