Qualifications

• Ability to produce reliable quality laboratory results under stressful conditions.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure acceptable levels.
• Supervising laboratory personnel to ensure quality standards.
• Submitting monthly staffing schedules and approving payroll.
• Ensuring proficiency testing is performed within the appropriate time frame.
• Assisting in interviewing lab candidates.
