Job summary

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead departmental testing operations and ensure quality outcomes in a high-complexity clinical laboratory.

You will supervise staff, coordinate testing, implement quality control, and drive lean process improvements while supporting staff development and compliance with federal regulations. A Bachelor's in Medical Technology and current MT/MLS/HT certification, plus supervisor eligibility in Georgia, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Current certification as Medical Technologist/MLS/HT.
• Eligible for Georgia supervisor certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and direct testing activities.
