The candidate should hold a BS in Medical Technology (MT) with ASCP or AMT certification, and have at least three years of supervisory experience, with a preference for a Master’s degree.

Formación

• Three years in a Laboratory supervisory capacity.
• Working knowledge of department administration, including budgeting and reporting practices.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes and directs all daily activities of the Clinical Laboratory Departments.
• Manages activities in accordance with CLIA 88, CAP, and AABB regulations.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and supports mission and values.
