  • Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field preferred.
  • Associate degree in chemical/biological/clinical laboratory science required; or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

  • Performs complex laboratory procedures independently with quality control.
  • Maintains records and analyzes quality control data.
  • Operates instruments and performs preventive maintenance.
  • Ensures accurate billing and specimen handling following policies.
  • Promotes lean principles to improve workflow.
  • Maintains compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Education

Associate degree in medical laboratory science or chemical/biological/clinical laboratory science
Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or related field
