Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and 3–5 years of industry experience.
• Experience in a laboratory setting with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Familiarity with LIMS applications and ability to coordinate shipments and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sample tracking and logistics for clinical and nonclinical samples.
• Operate and maintain archive tasks: labeling, receipt, transfer, inventory, and disposal.
• Document discrepancies and coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain SOPs and SOP compliance for sample receipt, storage, and disposition.
• Coordinate international and domestic shipments with Trade Compliance & Logistics.
• Track shipments from collection to receipt and ensure proper temperatures.
