Job summary

Natera, Inc. is seeking a Temporary Lab Support Associate to assist fast-paced R&D and large-scale development labs. You will help maintain safe, efficient operations and support ongoing scientific progress.

Responsibilities include inventory management, procurement, lab logistics, EHS compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to keep workflows running smoothly. A Bachelor’s in Life Sciences and at least one year in a lab are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of hands-on lab experience.
• Fluent with MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with ticketing or inventory systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & procurement management of lab consumables, reagents, and safety supplies.
• Monitor daily lab ticket queue and manage facility package flow across buildings.
• Perform lab safety walkthroughs and ensure GLP/EHS compliance.
• Collaborate with EHS, R&D, and cross-functional teams to maintain workflows.
• Support additional duties and special projects as needed.
