• Encourages other employees' professional growth by sharing knowledge from literature and seminars.
• Ensures patient test results are reported only after corrective actions and proper test functioning.
• Implements prudent materials management to maintain supplies and reduce unnecessary purchases.
• Instructs staff in theory and technique of procedures; assists with work problems.
