Under the supervision of the section Technical Coordinator, you will process specimens, maintain quality control, document calibrations, and contribute to safe, compliant laboratory operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology or related field is required.
• Valid California license as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist is required.
• Microbiology experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical laboratory testing of biological specimens with professional judgment.
• Provide accurate and timely test results and record observations.
• Maintain and document quality control activities, calibrations, and maintenance.
• Assist in training staff and students; ensure adherence to procedures.
